Batas Pambansa Blg. 186: An Act Increasing The Penalty For White Slave Trade, Amending For The Purpose Article 341 Of The Revised Penal Code

Section 1
Article 341 of the Revised Penal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
- Article 341 White Slave Trade.
  The penalty of prision mayor in its medium and maximum periods shall be imposed upon any person who, in any manner, or under any pretext, shall engage in the business or shall profit by prostitution or shall enlist the services of any other person for the purpose of prostitution.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
