Section 1
Subsection (c), section fourteen, of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred

and forty-six, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and fifty-four,

is further amended to read as follows:

  Vehicles drawn by animals and bancas moved by oar or sail, and tugboats and lighters.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect on its approval.
