Republic Act No. 5438: An Act Amending Subparagraph Twenty Of Article Fourteen Of The Revised Penal Code

Section 1
Subparagraph twenty of Article fourteen of the Revised Penal Code is amended to read as follows:

  That the crime be committed with the aid of persons under fifteen years of age or by means of motor vehicles, motorized watercraft, airships, or other similar means.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
